As the Lead Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of coffee beverages, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate barista team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
