Overview

LEAD BARISTA~ Min 6months of fast paced beverage/food experience, great leadership skills, strong ability to multi-task and follow through with task in a timely manner, excellent communication (customer service) and sales skills. Available to work evenings, and Sat/Sun ~ being available both days takes priority.

BARISTA~ Reliable and motivated. Must be 17 or older, ability to follow direction, work in fast paced environment, quick learner, available to work evenings, and Sat/Sun ~ being available both days takes priority.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, Food prep and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, food, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee lotus specialty beverages and our amazing food menu to our established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and handling.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; restock as needed.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere while promoting sales through excellent service.

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes. Not necessary will train right candidate
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience in food preparation, food service, or food safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, with urgency always.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• A willingness to learn about new products and enhance coffee knowledge continuously.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
