Looking for more than just a barista job?

The Radiator is hiring a Lead Barista / Cookto help oversee daily operations in our fast paced neighborhood café. This person's will report to the Chef/GM.

We are open 7am to 2pm. Small team. Big responsibility. Real growth opportunity.
What You’ll Do

• Lead opening and closing shifts
• Craft high quality espresso drinks
• Cook and prep breakfast and lunch items
• Handle cash and balance drawers
• Assist with ordering and receiving deliveries
• Support and guide a small team

This is a cross trained role. You will work both bar and kitchen.
What We’re Looking For

• Barista experience preferred
• Kitchen or prep experience a plus
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Leadership mindset and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.29 - $18.00 per hour
