Duties

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including drink preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices
• Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
• Train staff on beverage recipes, customer service techniques, and safety procedures to foster a knowledgeable team environment
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Assist with events or other special occasions to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in fine dining settings; serving experience is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in POS systems such as Toast POS; familiarity with cash handling and retail math is essential
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and strong communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving regulations
• Ability to multitask efficiently using time management skills while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are advantageous
