Lead Bartender

Head Bartender | Chefs' Parlour

Chefs' Parlour is seeking a dedicated and skilled Head Bartender to lead our bar program. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about mixology and focusing on maintaining the high standards of service and drink quality in a fun- forward environment.

The Role

As the Head Bartender, you will be the technical lead for the bar, responsible for the execution of the beverage program and the guest experience. This is a hands-on role centered on craftsmanship, cocktail development, and ensuring the bar operates at peak efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Innovation: Lead the creation and refinement of a premium cocktail menu, featuring both innovative originals and impeccably executed classics.
  • Technical Training: Act as the primary mentor for the bar team on technical skills, spirit knowledge, and drink consistency.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee all bar inventory, including ordering, vendor coordination, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Service Standards: Drive the energy of the bar during service, ensuring speed, precision, and a high level of engagement with guests.
  • Quality Control: Maintain standards for prep, garnishes, and presentation to ensure every drink meets the Chefs' Parlour benchmark.
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar environment is organized, sanitized, and fully compliant with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume or craft cocktail bars, with a proven track record of floor leadership.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques.
  • Operational Mindset: Strong organizational skills with experience managing inventory and supply chains.
  • Leadership Presence: Ability to command the bar during a rush while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.
  • Passion for the Craft: A drive to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve the beverage program.
