Lead Bartender

We are looking for a LEAD bartender!

Someone who does things right and leads by example and teaches others to do it the right way so we all make more money. Someone who can and wants to communicate with management and is also a great bartender. We do lots of margaritas. 95% Margaritas!!! Upselling is very important. Can't be timid but must be honest.

MUST SHOW UP ON TIME!!!!!

We have 2 floors and a bar on each floor. 15- 25 shifts a week in general are available to our bartenders. Need someone who wants to be the leader of our bartending staff. Set a great example. Make great margaritas with our recipie books. You would have a lot of say in the schedule or even better, you can do the schedule. This job will require day and evening shifts. Not the best job for someone taking public trans as there are some late nights past 2:30am!!! Unless you don't want to close on weekends (we close at 2) (weekdays at 11)

We are a very clean place so you MUST MUST MUST work clean and clean as you go. This is not a job where you will need to be on your phone. No phones at the bar!!! We don't sit. We are ready for every customer that comes in. When they walk in we want them to know we have been waiting for them and can not wait to take care of them!!!

Our margaritas are all jigger poured for consistancy and are listed in the recipe books.

Prefer RAMP certified but we are willing to wait 30 days after hire for you to get it.

Shifts that you have a lot of say in, include days (10-5) Nights (5-11) Weekend nights till 2am!!!

Basic responsabilites include:

Must be on time

Opening/Closing restaurant

Using the POS system like you created it (currently Toast)

Helping with scheduling for the bar

Helping with Inventory

Great customer service

Lead by example

Mixing the best margaritas in Philly!!!

You will have a say in your shifts. Looking for someone to work 5 shifts. Either 2 day and 3 night or the opposite.
