Duties
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage bar inventory using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to track sales and reorder supplies efficiently
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist with training new staff on serving techniques, POS operation, and customer service excellence
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage service during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of the food industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or leading a bar team
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in fast-paced environments
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in hospitality environments that require retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills
