Duties

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality
• Manage bar inventory using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to track sales and reorder supplies efficiently
• Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Assist with training new staff on serving techniques, POS operation, and customer service excellence
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage service during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of the food industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or leading a bar team
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in fast-paced environments
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in hospitality environments that require retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills
