Job Overview
The Lead Bartender is a highly visible, guest-facing role responsible for delivering an elevated craft beverage experience while supporting shift leadership, operational accuracy, and service standards. In addition to craft beverage execution, the Lead Bartender supports leadership functions in the Toast POS system, assists with shift oversight, and spot-checks opening and closing duties to ensure compliance with Mirror Twin’s operational and service standards.
