Lead Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team by demonstrating expert mixology skills and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine with precision and flair
• Oversee all aspects of bar service, including cash handling, POS transactions (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and inventory management
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests, addressing inquiries, and creating welcoming environments in settings like nightclubs or fine dining venues
• Train new staff members on beverage preparation, service techniques, POS systems, and food handling procedures
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service and optimal guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in food industry settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or team lead roles in hospitality or food service environments
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Strong understanding of beverage recipes, brewing processes, and catering services
• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective time management abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or retail math calculations is preferred
