Lead Bartender / Mixologist

Cowboy Cantina is assembling a premier bar team and is seeking exceptional bartenders with true mixology experience, presence, and professionalism.This role is for career bartenders who take pride in their craft, move with confidence behind the bar, and understand how to create both outstanding cocktails and a memorable guest experience. Our bar program focuses on elevated cocktails, premium spirits, and high-energy service in a busy, upscale environment.Our strongest bartenders earn at a high level because they combine speed, precision, and personality.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute classic and modern cocktails flawlessly, without reliance on recipes
• Deliver polished, confident, hospitality-driven guest service
• Work clean, fast, and efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Maintain high standards in presentation, technique, and professionalism
• Contribute to a team culture built around accountability and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in high-volume and/or craft cocktail environments
• Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, specs, and premium spirits
• Professional presence and strong guest engagement skills
• Ability to command a bar and handle volume with composure
• Reliable, driven, and career-minded
