Lead Bartender/Server

Park Hills is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Bartender/Server to join our team for the upcoming season! This is a leadership-level position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position Overview:

The Lead Bartender/Server will flex between bartending and serving shifts based on the schedules need for the day while also supporting daily restaurant operations. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership skills to help guide staff and ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Pay is hourly but with tips based on bartending and serving shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service behind the bar and on the floor
• Flex between bartending and serving shifts as needed
• Assist with overseeing restaurant operations during shifts
• Support and assist staff during busy service times
• Help ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Lead by example with professionalism and strong work ethic
• Helping with alcohol inventory

Requirements:

• Prior bartending AND serving experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable and team-oriented
• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Work well with our other lead

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
