Clinical Responsibilities
- Manage a focused caseload with reasonable billable expectations
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists — fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality care
- Track progress and adjust programs as needed
- Communicate with caregivers and collaborate with the team
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions
- Follow BACB guidelines and company standards
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and Illinois licensure in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience delivering ABA services to clients with autism in clinic-based and/or in-home settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CentralReach
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
Leadership Profile
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Motivated to grow within the organization, with a strong commitment to clinical and professional development
- Confidence working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external stakeholders
Before You Apply
This is a fully in-person position at our Chicago, IL 60614 location. We ask that applicants:
- Hold an active BCBA certification and are licensed to practice in Illinois
- Are able to reliably commute to ZIP code 60614 for daily in-person work
Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, education, and licensure.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
