Church Bookkeeper (Remote - Ontario)

What you'll do:

· Manage bookkeeping for 10-20 church clients, including AP, donations, payroll, bank & credit card reconciliations, and month-end reporting.

· Collaborate with the Team Lead and Team Manager for ongoing training and support.

· Deliver smart, simple, and stress-free bookkeeping to our clients.

What you’ll bring:

· Minimum 3 years' experience with QuickBooks Online — this is a must.

· Experience in a multi-client bookkeeping environment is preferred.

· Proficiency with tools like Karbon, Dext, Wagepoint, PayEdge, Zoom, Excel, Loom.

· Strong attention to detail, task ownership, and excellent communication skills.

· Based in Ontario, ideally near the Niagara region for occasional in-person team gatherings.

Compensation:

· $25.27- $27.47

· 35 hrs per week | Full-time with benefits
