Lead Brand & Visual Designer (Web3 / Crypto) About Dlicom

Dlicom is a privacy first SocialFi super app that combines encrypted messaging, social earning, and self custody crypto payments in a single, seamless user flow. We're entering an active marketing phase and are looking to build a strong, recognizable visual identity from scratch - not just "nice visuals," but a coherent brand system that can scale across product, marketing, and community.

Important: this role will start with Dlicom, but will also support other affiliated projects within our group of companies as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a senior level Brand & Visual Designer who can own the full visual direction end to end. This is not a pure SMM designer role. This is not a UI only role. You should be comfortable designing both brand systems and practical marketing assets, with a strong understanding of Web3 aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Create a full brand identity and brandbook from scratch (logo usage, colors, typography, grid, tone, visual language)
• Design a mascot / character as part of the brand system
• Define key visuals for marketing and product
• Design the landing page (Figma, Webflow ready structure)
• Create SMM assets (X / Telegram / Discord banners, campaign visuals)
• Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Build scalable templates for future campaigns
• Support affiliated projects within the group after initial Dlicom rollout (brand + marketing visuals)

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand identity / brandbook creation
• Strong portfolio with crypto / Web3 / fintech / IT projects
• Ability to think systemically, not just visually
• Experience designing landing pages and marketing creatives
• Strong skills in Figma (and Adobe tools where needed)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience with mascots or character design
