As a Business Architect and Solution Designer, you'll structure business processes and information architecture for major organizations, driving them from current state to desired future state while collaborating with subject matter experts.

Working with dynamic project teams, you'll align strategic objectives with business and IT initiatives. Your expertise in consulting, communication, and business process design will be essential as you engage with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Modern delivery model - Short-term, high-energy transformation programs
• Solution Designer approach - Combines business architecture with modern delivery practices
• GenAI and Blueprint utilization - Hands-on with Pega tools like Blueprint and App Studio in live client workshops
• Strategic consulting focus - Value delivery, consulting, and influence rather than configuration-heavy work
• Variety and movement - Move between clients and engagements
• Partner with clients, Pega partners, and technical teams to develop high-quality deliverables across all project phases
• Leverage your industry experience to influence client direction toward best practices. Public Sector, State or Federal Government experience is useful
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Teach and drive Pega's methodology among clients, partners, and teammates
• Run hands on Pega tools like Blueprint and App Studio in live client workshops, demonstrating deep application understanding

Location: Sydney or Melbourne - commutable distance Hybrid Client Sites/office/home

Travel: Ability to travel approximately 25% required. Role location may change in line with client requirements

What You've Accomplished:

• Multiple years of progressive experience in analysis, requirements gathering, design, and development of enterprise application systems
• Experience in consulting roles with a track record of successful client engagements (essential)
• Strong experience in journey mapping, data modelling, and building future state workflows aligned to business needs
