Ozetko Energy Development is seeking a skilled and analytical Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and performance patterns, and delivering actionable insights to management teams. The Lead BI Analyst will also oversee data quality and reporting accuracy, support data integration from multiple systems, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, optimize data models, and implement BI solutions that improve forecasting, operational monitoring, and performance tracking. The candidate will also mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of BI standards and best practices within the organization.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field, with strong experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles. Advanced knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data warehousing concepts is highly preferred. Experience in the energy or industrial sector will be considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, leadership ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to turn data into strategic business insights.
