Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to oversee and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong analytical abilities, technical expertise, and leadership skills to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. The Lead Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in guiding system improvements and maintaining QServIT Solutions’ reputation for excellence in enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee system implementation, testing, and integration activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, processes, and system configurations.
• Provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with Oman’s IT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in business systems analysis, IT consulting, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business process modeling, and IT frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and system analysis software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.

Pay: Up to RO2,400.000 per month
