Lead Cabinet Installer

*Job Overview*

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Cabinet Installer to help with a growing demand on large scale projects. This person must have demonstrated their ability to handle a large workload under consistent time constraints, and complete workmanship higher than industry standards.

*Responsibilities & Qualifications*

• Must have at least 3 years of full-time cabinet installation experience
• Having your own tools is best, but company tools may be available for rent or purchase
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Physically fit and strong, able to lift 100 pounds
• Dependable and hardworking
• Able to mentor/teach an Assistant Installer or an Apprentice
• Install cabinetry, crown, moldings, trim, panels, etc.
• Maintain quality install work as required by Company Minimum Quality Criteria, reviews by the Quality Controller and Operations Management.
• Use company technology to update information
• Communicate with representatives from builder's company
• Clean up jobsites after installs - Before leaving jobsite.
• Must understand & follow company safety policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
