Job Summary
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads and initiating contact with potential students interested in pursuing higher education abroad. Your primary tasks will involve reaching out to prospective clients, introducing Edvise Hub's services, and scheduling appointments with qualified leads for our study abroad consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively conduct cold calls to a high volume of potential students, utilizing provided databases and other lead generation resources.
- Market Research: Gather and update information on student demographics, preferences, and potential target markets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Edvise Hub's services, partner universities, and the overall study abroad process.
- Client Qualification: Effectively screen and qualify leads based on their needs and interests, aligning them with appropriate Edvise Hub programs.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified leads and study abroad consultants.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of call outcomes, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma/intermediate qualification. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role is desirable, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Self-Motivation: Results-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Resilience: Demonstrates persistence and the ability to handle rejection.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: PKR 45,000 - 55,000 per month
- Commission: Attractive commission structure based on successful lead conversions.
- Performance Incentives: Potential for additional bonuses and incentives based on performance targets.
