Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Escort clients to appointments and errands
• Report changes in condition to supervisors
• Complete accurate visit documentation
• Provide mentorship and training to other care professionals
• Complete supervisory visits and assessments

• Experience preferred, but not required
