Job Title: Lead Caregiver FULL TIME!!

Pay: $18/hour

Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who embody and uphold the core values of B Home Care. This is a unique Lead Caregiver position that offers guaranteed full-time hours and health benefits. However, this role is specifically for weekends, preferably Saturdays through Tuesdays, and requires on-call availability.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a flexible, on-call schedule during assigned days, with the expectation to respond to last-minute call-outs and urgent coverage needs.
• Acts as a reliable backup caregiver, stepping in when staffing gaps arise to ensure continuity of care
• Able to work/ON CALL between Saturdays-Tuesdays

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ caregiver experience
• Excellent communication skills
