Lead Carpenter

Ethan Home Repair & Remodeling, LLC is a 20-year-old design-build residential repair and remodeling firm seeking a rock-star full time Lead Carpenter!

This position involves close collaboration with Sales department and execution of projects in the field, professionally representing us to our clients. We serve North King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties, performing a broad range of projects including small “handyman”, minor and major remodels, insurance restoration, and replacement services.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A servant’s heart that works for the betterment and elevation of those around them.
• A strong desire to see the company succeed financially while providing amazing client experiences.
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in all facets of residential remodeling and repair.
• A history of successfully developing and leading others in their professional growth, including testimonials.
• A record of successful projects they can describe in detail.
• An understanding of the DISC personality profiles and how to maximize the qualities of each respective profile.
• Experience with CRM programs and implementation, sales-to-production handoff procedures, and a standards-oriented mindset.

Compensation Overview

• Hourly Range $40-$50/hr
