At Service Doctor, we’ve fixed the "Remodeling Chaos." Since 1998, we’ve built a system that lets our Lead Techs actually lead. We provide the showroom, the office support, and the staged materials. You show up, lead your crew, and build remodeling projects. No "chasing parts," no 1099 tax surprises, and no seasonal layoffs.

The Standard We’re Looking For:

This is a Project Lead role, not a "helper" position. We need a "Take-Charge" professional who can:

• Execute the Full Scope: Expert-level cabinetry
• Own the Outcome: Manage an assistant and take a project from layout to final punch-list, supported by sales operation.
• Solve Problems: You are the "Field General." When a site condition changes, you find the solution and keep the job moving with operation, sales or project manager support.
• Budget Minded: Understand material flow and job-site efficiency backed up by our central operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ Years of verifiable experience RUNNING full residential remodeling projects.
• The ability to install finishes to a "Showroom Standard"
• Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
