About the Role

KBR Contracting is hiring a dependable and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on leadership position working under the Superintendent and responsible for

keeping projects on track, crews productive, and quality standards high.

What You'll Do

• Read and execute blueprints accurately

• Provide daily progress updates to the Superintendent

• Delegate tasks and lead junior crew members

• Hit daily production goals without micromanagement

• Maintain a safe, organized job site

• Deliver high-quality framing and finish carpentry work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of carpentry experience

• 2+ years in a leadership role

• Strong framing and finish carpentry skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High standards for craftsmanship and productivity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• 3-year clean driving record (insurance requirement)

• Reliable transportation to and from the shop each morning

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• 90-day probationary period (must show up on time and no unexcused absences)

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$26 per hour (based on experience and performance)
