Lead Carpenter

Frontier Restoration LLC is a growing restoration and rebuild company based in Fairbanks, AK. We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our rebuild division on a full-time basis.

What you'll do:

• Lead rebuild projects from rough framing through finish work
• Coordinate daily with project managers and crew
• Maintain quality and production on job sites
• Mentor less experienced crew members

What we're looking for:

• Proven carpentry experience across multiple scopes of work
• Ability to lead a job site and take ownership of the work
• Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
• Experience in residential or light commercial construction preferred
