Lead Case Manager - Behavioral Health Practitioner (minimum two years experience)

Refractions IRTS is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Practitioner to support adults in developing their strengths and achieving independent, fulfilling lives. Candidates would benefit from having prior ARMS or case management experience in adult mental health or addiction, be available to work on site, and attend a mandatory weekly meeting. Requirements include either 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience with adults, or a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a behavioral health field, plus 2000 hours of supervised experience. A valid driver’s license is required. Salary and benefits are competitive and based on experience and education. Strong case management, written communication, and attention to detail are essential.
