What You’ll Own

• High-level chairside assisting in a multi-doctor setting
• Creating a seamless, elevated patient experience
• Supporting and influencing back-office team performance
• Training and mentoring assistants to raise the standard
• Ensuring accuracy and execution of clinical systems and workflows
• Organizing and presenting large treatment plans for handoff
• Contributing to process improvement as the practice grows
• Maintaining excellence across all assisting functions (no silos)

Clinical Scope

You’ll be involved in advanced dentistry, including:

• Restorative, Endodontics, and Crowns
• Implants & All-on-4
• Sedation Dentistry
• Oral Surgery
• TMD / Orthodontics / Orthopedics

Non-Negotiables

• Minimum 3+ years chairside experience
• Strong proficiency in Dentrix (Ascend preferred)
• High attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Experience with modern technology (iTero, scanning, 3D printing, lasers, PRF)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment
