What You’ll Own
- High-level chairside assisting in a multi-doctor setting
- Creating a seamless, elevated patient experience
- Supporting and influencing back-office team performance
- Training and mentoring assistants to raise the standard
- Ensuring accuracy and execution of clinical systems and workflows
- Organizing and presenting large treatment plans for handoff
- Contributing to process improvement as the practice grows
- Maintaining excellence across all assisting functions (no silos)
Clinical Scope
You’ll be involved in advanced dentistry, including:
- Restorative, Endodontics, and Crowns
- Implants & All-on-4
- Sedation Dentistry
- Oral Surgery
- TMD / Orthodontics / Orthopedics

Non-Negotiables
- Minimum 3+ years chairside experience
- Strong proficiency in Dentrix (Ascend preferred)
- High attention to detail and clinical accuracy
- Experience with modern technology (iTero, scanning, 3D printing, lasers, PRF)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment
