Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and routine organization to foster a safe and engaging space.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children’s holistic growth in areas such as childhood development, social skills, and emotional well-being.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Oversee daily childcare routines including toddler care, preschool activities, and daycare operations while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education topics such as tutoring, working with children with special needs, and early intervention practices.
Skills
- Extensive experience in classroom management and lesson planning within early childhood education settings.
- Strong understanding of childhood development stages and age-appropriate teaching strategies for toddlers through preschoolers.
- Knowledge of curriculum development techniques across various educational frameworks including Montessori approaches.
- Proven ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those requiring special education or additional support services.

- Familiarity with classroom experience involving standardized testing procedures and child welfare practices.
