Lead Childcare Teacher

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic educator to lead young learners in a creative, nurturing classroom. You’ll bring The Creative Curriculum to life, guide developmental play, connect with families, and help kids grow with confidence and joy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Build strong, positive relationships with kids and families
• Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment
• Track developmental milestones and communicate with parents
• Keep the classroom and equipment clean and organized

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or higher preferred
• Must be at least 21
• Experience with children in a classroom or care setting preferred
• Willing to complete required trainings
