Lead Childcare Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool teacher as Childcare Provider to join our team and provide exceptional care and education to children in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their growth and development. Age ranges that you will be supervising are 3 weeks - 12 years old.

Duties
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
- Follow all health and safety protocols to provide a secure environment for children

- Back up driver for when the school-age driver is out

Requirements
- Experience working with students in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development stages
- Ability to provide care for infants, toddlers, young children, preschoolers and school age
- Familiarity and willing to complete early childhood education

- 18 years and older

-Background check, TB test, 30 hours, 10 hours continuing education

-willing to do ECE college credits( tuition will be taken care of)

-Must have high school diploma

- Certification in First Aid and CPR in infant/child/adult

- Certification in Bloodborne Pathogen Training

-Lesson planning for the classroom
- Strong classroom management skills
- Background in special education is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
