Lead Childcare Teacher (Experienced Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve engaging children in educational activities, providing basic caregiving, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Foster positive social interactions among children
- Monitor children's development and report any concerns to parents or supervisors
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a cohesive team environment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure environment for children

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood education certification preferred)
