Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure efficient operations
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to optimize coverage and productivity across multiple sites
• Conduct quality inspections regularly to uphold cleanliness standards in all areas including restrooms, lobbies, offices, and public spaces
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee laundry services where applicable, ensuring timely and hygienic handling of linens and uniforms
• Enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, addressing concerns promptly, and promoting professional development in custodial practices

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning services with a strong background in janitorial or custodial roles
• Supervising or management experience within hospitality, hotel housekeeping management, or commercial cleaning environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, laundry processes, and safety procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments or clients
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs while maintaining high-quality service standards
