Position: Lead Cleaning Technician
Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week + Saturdays (at least every other Saturday required)
Location: Multiple job sites, including medical and professional offices

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-driven Lead Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional results, understands the importance of consistency, and can maintain high standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional cleaning services for medical offices, doctor’s offices, and commercial properties
• Ensure each facility is cleaned to a high standard with strong attention to detail
• Lead by example in quality, efficiency, and professionalism
• Manage responsibilities across multiple locations
• Identify and address areas that need extra care to ensure spaces truly shine
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols, especially in medical environments
• Work independently and stay on schedule without supervision

Requirements:

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong attendance record — dependability is non-negotiable
• Must be committed to showing up consistently (calling in frequently is not acceptable)
• Available to work Saturdays (minimum every other Saturday)
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week
• Experience in commercial or medical cleaning preferred
• High attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and dedication to quality
• Ability to adapt to multiple locations and responsibilities
