I'm hiring for Lead Coders – Inpatient/OP - Observation: Academic Level 1 Trauma Center Position Type: Full-Time. We are seeking a Lead Coder with 3+ years of experience in inpatient DRG and facility Observation coding. Join our team and contribute to coding accuracy and revenue integrity!Key Responsibilities: Recode accounts with post-coding status changes (IP OBS). Manage DNFB accounts to completion. Clear billing edits and handle inpatient/outpatient denials.Requirements: Active AHIMA credential (CCS or RHIT).
