Schedule: Monday–Friday + travel | Overtime as needed

Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Commercial Electrical / Maintenance Technician who can take ownership of field work, operate independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

This is not an entry-level role—you should be confident troubleshooting complex issues, making decisions in the field, and completing work without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial electrical service, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Ensure all work meets NEC and company standards
• Track time, materials, and complete detailed service documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Travel to job sites throughout the week

Minimum Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial electrical service experience
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
• Strong understanding of NEC and safety standards
• Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and making field decisions
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Master or Journeyman Electrician (10+ years experience)
• Experience with multi-trade maintenance
• Bucket truck, scissor lift, and boom lift experience
• CDL license
• Experience with Procore, Bolt, and digital documentation systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
• Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.)
