Lead Concept Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Concept Designer with a strong background in interior fit-out design and a proven track record in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design thinking, expert knowledge of Revit, and emerging proficiency in AI-powered design tools to lead and inspire concept development from brief to presentation stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization of high-impact interior fit-out projects across commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors.
• Translate client briefs into compelling design narratives, mood boards, sketches, and 3D visual concepts.
• Oversee and guide the design team to ensure concept integrity throughout project development.
• Develop conceptual design packages using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, design visualization, trend forecasting, and rapid prototyping.
• Stay current on global design trends and apply relevant insights to local market demands.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure creative and practical outcomes.
• Present concepts confidently to clients, internal stakeholders, and consultants.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concept design within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or others) is a must.
• Excellent freehand sketching and 3D conceptualization skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to mentor junior designers.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
