MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Ensure that projects are supported with Construction Department guidelines and that the construction process is in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organization and coordination of construction project meetings with team members and various project stakeholders.

Recruitment and monitoring of construction inspection during project phases.

Daily oversight of construction engineering team, including assigning tasks, reviewing work product, and generating performance appraisals.

Assistant site management team in identifying and following up on construction opportunities.
-
Assisting the site management team to implement client development and marketing strategies among existing and potential clients.

Monitor sub-contractor progress and performance, including review and approval the progress.
-
Ensure accurate setting out and leveling of the works in accordance with the drawings/ specifications.
-
Ensure all drawings and information relating to the post holder’s area of work are accurate and up-to-date.

Ensure quality control and testing of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the project schedule

Acting as the main technical advisor not judgment
,
direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of own activity related to projects on the system to enable traceability.

Review the methods of statement checklists that will be required during the construction and confirmed it.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
-
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
-
+ 8 years of work experience in the related field.

Experience in
Power Plants
or
Substations
or
Condenser
is a must
