Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Lead Content Creator with 1–3 years of experience to develop engaging digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with AI tools, visual content creation, storytelling, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content using AI tools for efficient and innovative production
• Design engaging creatives for social media and digital platforms
• Edit videos and develop compelling storyboards
• Plan and execute content creation strategies aligned with brand goals
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, content, and digital media

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI-based content creation tools
• Strong graphic design skills
• Video editing and storyboard creation
• Content planning and creation strategy
• Good communication and time-management skills

Tools & Platforms

• AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Nano Banana, etc.)
• Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
• Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reels, Shorts

Additional Information

• Portfolio or relevant sample work is mandatory
• Candidates with relevant portfolios will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
