Lead Content Creator & Brand Videographer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and energetic content creator to help build one of the most recognized real estate brands in the Houston area.

This is not a traditional videography role.

We're looking for someone who understands social media, storytelling, and attention grabbing content.

You will work directly with our team to create:

Instagram Reels

Facebook Reels

TikTok Content

YouTube Shorts

Cinematic Listing Videos

Community Spotlight Videos

Behind-the-scenes Content

Lifestyle Branding Content

The ideal candidate is obsessed with content creation and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-quality video projects that align with brand goals and marketing strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of video production, including filming, lighting, sound, and post-production editing to ensure polished, professional results.
• Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using tools like Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro or similar to enhance video narratives.
• Capture compelling photography and behind-the-scenes footage that highlight brand stories, products, and events using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop or similar.
• Collaborate closely with team to produce content optimized for various channels such as social media platforms, websites, and campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all content while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and digital media.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a lead content creator or videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects and creative assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, as well as Final Cut Pro.
• Skilled in video production techniques such as filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of photography principles along with experience using Adobe Lightroom for image editing.
• Excellent storytelling abilities combined with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
