Lead Conversion Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for proactive Lead Conversion Executives to join our on-site Frontier outbound campaign. In this role, you will contact potential customers, explain Frontier services, and turn qualified leads into confirmed sales. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy target-based work and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Clearly present Frontier products and services
• Understand customer needs and suggest the best options
• Convert leads into completed sales
• Maintain call and sales records accurately
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow campaign processes and quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or above
• Confident communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Ability to work on-site
