We are looking for a proactive and patient-focused individual to manage inquiries coming from our social media platforms, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to patient queries professionally, building trust, guiding potential patients, and converting leads into confirmed appointments and procedures.
This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, sales understanding, and the ability to handle patient concerns confidently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient and lead inquiries on: facebook, instagram, tiktok, whatsApp, website chats and other social media platforms.
- Guide potential patients regarding: procedures and treatments, appointment booking, consultation process, pricing guidance (as per management policy), pre/post procedure information.
- Convert social media and digital leads into consultations, walk-in visits, confirmed procedures.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain proper lead records and update CRM/sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and reception teams regarding patient appointments and queries.
- Handle patient concerns, objections, and confusion professionally and empathetically.
- Ensure quick response time and maintain a high-quality patient experience online.
- Help improve communication SOPs for patient handling.
- Supervise and guide the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in lead conversion, customer support, social media management, patient coordination.
- Strong understanding of social media communication and lead handling.
- Ability to convince and guide patients professionally.
- Experience in customer support, sales, healthcare coordination, or social media management is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
