This isn't a desk job. It is a high-intensity, high-reward role for someone who understands that in the luxury automotive world, speed is the only currency that matters.

You are the "Eyes and Ears" of our sales funnel. While the sales team focuses on the client in front of them, you ensure that every digital inquiry and "Be-Back" lead is hunted, nurtured, and closed.

• Zero Leakage Monitoring: You will watch CallGear, Eskimo CRM, and WhatsApp like a hawk. If a lead isn’t responded to within 5 minutes, you step in.
• The "Second Chance" Hunter: You own the "Attended, Not Sold" list. When a client leaves without a deposit, you deploy aggressive, professional follow-up strategies to bring them back to the table.
• CRM Governance: You are the auditor. You ensure "Let me think about it" is never the final status of a lead.
• The "Power Hour" Resurrection: Every afternoon, you’ll hunt "cold" leads with price-drop alerts, new arrival VIP calls, and trade-in hooks.
• Strategic Reporting: You provide the heartbeat of the business—reporting daily on Missed Call Ratios, Lead-to-Appointment Ratios, and Recovery Rates.

• Relentless Persistence: You don't take "no" for an answer; you see it as an invitation to provide a different solution.
• Tech-Savvy Auditor: You can navigate CRM dashboards and communication logs with surgical precision.
• The "Pattern Interrupter": You have the charisma to call a client who walked out yesterday and professionally persuade them to reconsider.
• Metric-Driven: You live for the "Bounty"—thriving in an environment where your success is measured by the leads you rescue.
