Lead Coordinator/Client Care Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

McCormick Real Estate is searching for an Administrative Professional to fill the position of Lead Coordinator, and Client Care Manager. The candidate will be expected to improve documentation processes and perform the following:

* Contacting Leads via Phone, Text and Email

* Documenting Processes

* Scheduling Appointments

* Compiling Reports

* Monitoring and answering inbound Calls and Emails

* Maintaining CRM (Client Relationship Monitoring) Databases

EXPERIENCE

* Multitasking, Prioritizing, and Time Management

* Customer Service

* Communication

NEEDED SKILLS

* Strong Oral and Written Communication

* Ability to Multitask

* Problem Solver

* Self motivated

ASSETS

* Familiar with Word, Excel

* Able to work in fast paced environment

* Resourceful

* Ability to handle difficult situations

* Ability to Adapt to change

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
