Lead CPR Instructor — Paramedic (Full-Time, W-2, Austin TX)

CPR Training Austin is hiring a full-time Lead CPR Instructor to join our growing AHA & HSI-authorized training center on Springdale Road in East Austin.

We're a healthcare-owned training center operating successfully throughout Central Texas. We work with corporate accounts, clinical practices, and individual healthcare professionals across the region.

What you'll be doing:

• Teaching AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and HSI courses at our Springdale location and on-site at client locations across Central Texas
• Managing class day logistics — setup, breakdown, materials, equipment, and student check-in
• Coordinating our roster of PRN instructors and supporting the schedule
• Representing our brand professionally at client sites

What we need from you:

• Current Paramedic (NREMT-P or Texas state-licensed) — required
• Active AHA cards in BLS and ACLS — required. PALS preferred
• Reliable transportation to our Springdale office. (Company vehicle provided for client-site travel.)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to manage a classroom independently

Schedule:

• Full-time, hourly W-2 position
• Primarily daytime hours with occasional evening and half-day weekend availability required
