Role: Lead Data Analyst - P&C Insurance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives and guide a team of analysts to deliver high‑quality, actionable insights.

Interpret complex datasets using advanced analytical and statistical techniques, present findings to senior leadership.

Define and implement analytics strategies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks aligned to business goals.

Design, build, and oversee scalable data models, databases, and data pipelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Drive data acquisition from multiple sources and ensure robustness, governance, and data quality standards.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support decision‑making and process improvement.

Review, validate, and standardize data cleansing, profiling, and validation processes across analytics workstreams.

Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize requirements and translate them into solutions.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of modern analytics platforms and tools.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Analyst Lead with ownership of complex analytics projects.

Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, data architecture, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

Solid understanding of advanced statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, distributions, etc.).

Experience with data profiling, data quality management, and metadata‑driven processes.

Strong hands-on experience in gathering requirements and developing source to target mapping documentation.

Must have experience in defining data elements, transformation and business rules.

Proficiency in SQL, databases, and data integration or ETL frameworks; exposure to scripting/programming is a plus.

Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing technologies such as Snowflake

Advanced hands‑on experience with Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar reporting and visualization tools.

Knowledge or hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric is desirable.
