Required Skills

Must have a deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, ranging from classical methods (e.g., regression, random forests, k-means clustering) to advanced techniques such as gradient boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost), neural networks, and transformer-based architectures (e.g., sentence transformers, BERT variants).

Design and develop multi-agent LLM systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Build and deploy MCP servers, LLM gateways, and design Agent-to-Agent collaboration flows.

Fine-tune language models for verticals like healthcare, manufacturing, or finance.Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems with vector stores like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.Integrate tools like LangSmith, GuardrailsAI, and knowledge graphs to ensure trust, safety, and observability.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
