Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of advanced predictive models for Claims Operations.

- Lead knowledge transfer and mentorship for AI/ML techniques.

- 7+ years in ML/AI with focus on advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
- Experience building and deploying production AI/ML models.
- Expertise in data mining and pattern recognition techniques.
- Strong background in model evaluation and performance metrics.
- Experience with healthcare analytics and claims processing workflows.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies.
