AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM integration, cloud-native AI services, and end-to-end solution design . You will drive the architecture, modernization, and implementation of AI-enabled platforms for enterprise clients. Experience in domains such as Healthcare (preferred), BFSI, and Retail will be a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Design scalable AI/ML and GenAI architectures for enterprise applications using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Build end-to-end AI solutions including model pipelines, fine-tuning workflows, vector search, and model orchestration.
• Implement LLM-based functionalities such as RAG, summarization, classification, copilots, and automation flows.
• Develop reusable frameworks, POCs, accelerator components, and AI solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, and Application teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, security, governance, and observability across AI/ML deployments.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost through monitoring, retraining strategies, and cloud-native services.
• Partner with clients to identify use cases, conduct workshops, present AI roadmaps, and support RFP/RFI solutioning.

What You Bring

• 12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or AI architecture; at least 3+ years in architect role .
• Strong expertise in Python , model development, ML workflows, and MLOps practices.
• Solid hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI .
• Proficiency in LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Redis, Elastic, etc.).
• Strong command over ML frameworks : PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn.
• Experience designing RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies , and AI-driven application flows.
• Cloud expertise with Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP including functions, containers, data services, DevOps, and security.
• Familiarity with data engineering pipelines , feature stores, and production ML architecture.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Domain experience in Healthcare is highly preferred; BFSI/Retail is a plus.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, estimations, solution proposals , and presales activities.
