Lead Data Scientist

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Own the full modeling lifecycle, including data extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Apply statistical modeling, experimental design, and data mining techniques to derive actionable insights
• Work with large-scale datasets in cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communicate findings and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer role
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and key machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and experimental design
• Hands-on experience with SQL and working with large datasets
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform); experience with AWS or Azure is also acceptable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
