Lead Demand Generation Manager

Purpose:

The Lead Generation Manager at Managed Resources Inc. is responsible for attracting and engaging potential customers, ultimately converting them into leads for the sales team. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel lead generation campaigns that target revenue cycle leaders in healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate has experience building a lead generation program from the ground up and delivering quality leads that drive growth for organizations. This position is critical in building brand awareness and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Essential Job Functions:

Complete the following functions in accordance with Managed Resources policies:

· Champion MRI’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
  • Design and manage outreach sequences tailored to healthcare segments (e.g., hospitals, physician groups).
  • Identify gaps and develop strategies to grow leads, contacts, and engagement.
  • Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and supports campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and client success teams to align strategies and optimize the lead-to-customer conversion process.
  • Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on performance data and evolving trends.
  • Build and manage prospect lists from databases (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, etc.).
  • Segment and prioritize leads using firmographic and technographic filters.
  • Oversee data hygiene and enrichment processes.
  • Launch email and social media outreach sequences using tools like HubSpot.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns across media, email, SEO, content marketing, and referral programs.
  • Orchestrate webinar production, including content creation, speaker management, promotions, follow-up, and post-event content distribution.
  • Provide sales and client success with messaging, content, and materials to support lead engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and execute strategies for industry events and conferences, including designing campaigns that drive attendance and engagement.
  • Define MQL/SQL criteria and track lead engagement using marketing automation tools.
  • Handoff leads to sales and track progress through the scheduling of intro/demo meetings.
  • Monitor KPIs including open/click rates, response rate, and conversion rate.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and CTA timing.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI and report weekly/monthly performance to sales and leadership.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.

· 3–5+ years in B2B demand generation or sales development (preferably healthcare-focused).

· Experience reaching challenging audiences, such as healthcare executives.

· A proven track record of generating leads and driving measurable growth through creative, results-oriented campaigns.

· Strong experience utilizing outbound sales tools and marketing automation platforms with a track record of developing relevant lead generation engines.

· Demonstrated ownership of campaign results and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.

· Excellent written communication and persuasive messaging ability.

· Experience collaborating with sales teams.

· Up-to-date knowledge of trends, tools, and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
